1. What types of sandals does KoraStride offer? We offer a variety of stylish and comfortable sandals, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your sandals are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn sandals in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your sandals comfortable and durable? Yes! We use soft cushioned footbeds, flexible yet sturdy soles, and breathable materials. Many styles include arch support and non-slip outsoles for all-day comfort and safety on various surfaces.

7. How do I care for my sandals?

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Air dry naturally — avoid direct heat or sunlight for long periods.
  • For leather or suede styles, use appropriate protectors. Specific care instructions are included with each pair.
